Nice to Meet You!
I’m Sofia, and I’m an illustrator that specializing in character design. I primarily work through digital media, but also enjoy oil painting and embroidery. My passion for a wide range of artistic expression lead me to study Illustration at John Brown University.
I believe that the world is an unfolding storybook full of chances for connections. There are so many opportunities to explore the world around us, but it is often missed in the rush and responsibility of life. My solo gallery, “Ways the Sky Unfolds”, allowed me to explore how to reclaim dreams when we’ve lost them to the weight of world around us. I aim to always create art that makes space for imagination, wonder, and healing.
When I’m not drawing or writing, I love to collect any pixel art video games I can find, hike through nearby mountains, and drink tea on stormy days.
